About Our Condos

The Maalaea Kai Condominium in Maalaea Village is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and the main towns of Kahului and Wailuku. You will find it to be a central location for your vacation. Maalaea Village consists of a small boat harbor, two general stores - the Tradewinds Market and Deli - in the Maalaea Mermaid, 3 buildings towards the harbor, and the Maalaea General Store across from the Coast Guard Station in the harbor.  Major markets and department stores are 15 minutes away in Kahului and Kihei.

 
      

Enjoy a meal in the village at Beach Bums. In addition, visit the Maui Ocean Center and adjoining specialty shops, as well as several new restaurants, an ice cream shop, gas station, and Carl's Jr. fast food restaurant.

Our affordable rates are a pleasant surprise:

1-Bedroom with Air Conditioner
   •  From 12/15 - 5/1
            o  $135 a night
   •  From 5/1 - 12/15
            o  $125 a night
2 Bedroom with Air Conditioner 
   •  From 12/15 - 5/1
            o  $175 a night
   •  From 5/1 - 12/15
            o  $155 a night

Unit Occupancy
Our 1-Bedroom rates are based upon occupancy of 2. Each additional guest is $5 extra with a maximum occupancy of 4. Our 2-Bedroom rates based upon occupancy of 4. Each additional guest is $10 extra with a maximum occupancy of 6.

Hawaiian state taxes are a mandatory rental charge. Current tax rates are 13.25%. This consists of a 9.25% Transient Accommodations tax and a 4% state sales tax.

The minimum stay with no charge for cleaning is 7 nights. If your stay is less than that, a proportionate charge will be made for cleaning. Rentals of 1 month or longer receive a 10% discount.
